I grew up in the Outlook area with spending summers at Lake Diefenbaker. More recently I have lived in each Warman, Martensville and Saskatoon which gives me intimate knowledge in each of these regions. I work with clients from the countryside acreage, the lakeside cabin, to the city condominium.

I have over 10 years experience as a licensed REALTOR® which includes all my sales licenses to trade in residential, farm, commercial sales, my associate broker designation and a prior 2 years in administration for real estate before becoming licensed in the industry. I have received numerous awards within the real estate industry including Chairman's Award, 100% Club Award, Executive Club Award, Top 100 Units Sold Canada, Top 100 Commission Canada and the Diamond award from Realty Executives for sales performance throughout various years of my career.

My Goal as an Agent

My purpose is to be a guiding hand while keeping you in the drivers seat of your real estate transaction. I want all my clients to feel as though they are informed and empowered to make the decisions based on how they know is best suited to their situation.

As a seller I will advertise your property by writing well thought out property descriptions designed to intrigue buyers, taking captivating photos that showcase your property at it's best, as well as making sure it's easily findable throughout the internet by utilizing both the MLS® with it's syndication abilities and social media advertising. There are many more abilities I bring to my seller's with negotiations, contracts, connections with lawyers, trades people and more.

As a buyer I will actively search for properties that will suit your needs and will not stop until I find what you are looking for. Once we find the property you love I will work to assess it's fair market value, help you with negotiations, contracts, as well as connections with mortgage brokers, lawyers and more.

There is a lot to do, and my job is to make what could be an overwhelming process and making it simple and hopefully fun too.
